This Policy sets out the terms and procedure for the use of cookies technology by the Seller of Goods, selling through the Site www.JNSmore.com in relation to Users/Buyers of Goods.

The procedure for granting, modifying and withdrawing the consent of the User/Buyer of Goods to the use of cookies technology on the terms of this Policy is set out in Section 4 of this Policy.

BASIC TERMS

Site is a set of information resources located on the Internet at www.JNSmore.com. The Site is provided to the User/Buyer of Goods in the “as is” state, and the User/Buyer of Goods is not guaranteed uninterrupted operation of the Site.

A User/Buyer of Goods is a person who has visited the Site www.JNSmore.com without the intention to take any action or who has taken any action on it. 

Controller – MA-Business Reality s.r.o., identification code (ICO): 46993410, taxpayer identification number (DIC): CZ46993410, registered office: Velké Kunratické 1313/4, Kunratice, 148 00 Praha 4 Czech Republic, being a Seller of Goods on the Website and using cookie technology in relation to the User/Buyer of Goods. The Controller collects, uses and processes cookies in accordance with this Policy and the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Czech Republic Transposition Act to the European Regulation GDPR No. 110/2019 Coll. and other applicable laws and regulations.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on the device of the User/Buyer of Goods through which the Site is accessed. The Site uses cookies to help the User/Buyer of Goods to efficiently navigate through the pages of the Site and use its functionality. Cookies serve as a standard tool for storing information about visits to the Site by the User/Buyer of Goods and how the Site is used by him/her.

The types of cookies and the purposes of their use by the Controller are set out in the GENERAL PROVISIONS section of this Policy.

The User/Buyer of Goods may grant, modify or revoke their consent to the use of cookies at any time.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

When using the Site, the User/Buyer of Goods, gives consent to the collection and processing of cookies files. The Controller processes cookies automatically in accordance with this Policy.

When applying cookie technologies, the Controller can distinguish between Users/Buyers of Goods and customize the content of the Site according to their individual preferences.

Cookies are important and browsing the web is much more difficult without them.

Cookies serve several purposes.

The Controller uses, among others, the following cookies on the Site, depending on the purposes pursued:

TYPE PURPOSE
Strictly necessary (technical) cookies

Strictly necessary (technical) cookies enable basic site functions such as logging in and account management. The site cannot be used properly without strictly necessary (technical) cookies.

For example,

– files necessary for creating a profile of the User/Buyer of Goods, logging in, such as the encrypted key by which the User/Buyer of Goods is identified;

– country, language and other similar individual parameters selected by the User/Buyer of Goods for logging in to the Site;

Without these parameters it is impossible to get the product and information data required by the User/Buyer of Goods or to be authorized in the system.

!!! Without the use of strictly necessary (technical) cookies, the Site will not work properly. Services of the Site may work incorrectly, and part of the functionality of the Site, including basic functionality, may not be available to the User/Buyer of Goods.

Functionality cookies 

Functional cookies make visiting the Site more comfortable and convenient for the User/Buyer of Goods.

Functional cookies are used to remember information about the visitors of the site, for example: language, time zone, and thus help to avoid the need to set their preferences anew each time they log in.

In these cases, the password of the User/Buyer of Goods is always encrypted.

Performance cookies

Cookies relating to the performance, efficiency and analytics of the Site are used to see how visitors use the Site.

These cookies do not collect identifying information about the User/Buyer of Goods – all data about the User/Buyer of Goods is anonymous and is used solely to improve the performance of the Site.

On the Site, web beacons memorize the number of Users/Buyers of Goods who visited web pages. With their help it is possible to measure the effectiveness of placing certain content, evaluate the activity of the audience or marketing campaign. Web beacons allow to improve the Site for the end Users/Buyers of Goods.

Location information

Location information is collected through geo-maps and delivery service widgets used on the Site. They may request and collect information about the location of the User/Buyer of Goods if their device is configured to provide such information.

The location information cookies will show the User/Buyer of Goods the fastest and cheapest option for delivery of the Goods, as well as the nearest pickup points.

2. PURPOSES OF THE CONTROLLER’S USE OF COOKIE TECHNOLOGY

  • improving interaction with Users/Buyers of Goods when they are using the Site;
  • improving the quality of service, ensuring maximum convenience and comfort of the User/Buyer of Goods when using the Site;
  • ensuring that the User/Buyer of Goods can use the main functions of the Site, such as logging in, account management and others;
  • saving information about the User/Buyer of Goods for the time of using the Site for their convenience;
  • analytical activities to research the preferences of the User/Buyer of Goods;
  • identifying the effectiveness and popularity of the Site content among the Users/Buyers of Goods in order to improve it;
  • determining the effectiveness and demand for marketing campaigns among Users/Buyers of Goods in order to create new interesting offers;
  • ensuring security and integrity of the Site resources;
  • improving the performance and efficiency of the Site;
  • analyzing and correcting errors in the Site operation;
  • improvement of all Site resources.

3. DATA PROTECTION

The Controller protects the data received through the cookie technology, including data that is automatically transmitted while viewing advertising blocks and when visiting the pages of the Site where the system’s statistical script (“pixel”) is installed:    IP address; information from cookies; information about the browser (or other program that provides access to the display of advertising); access time; page address; referrer (address of the previous page).

Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except as required by applicable law.

4. GRANTING, MODIFYING AND WITHDRAWING CONSENT TO THE USE OF COOKIE TECHNOLOGY

The User/Buyer of Goods provides the Controller with the Consent to the use of the cookie technology in relation to him/her in the manner described below.

When the User/Buyer of Goods enters the Site, a pop-up modal window is located at the bottom of the website page (in the footer), the functionality of which allows the User/Buyer of Goods to perform the following actions:

  1. In the section “COOKIE DECLARATION” they can familiarize with all cookies that can be currently used by the Site, including such information as: type of cookie, its description (what it is required for), its validity period.
  2. By placing/removing ticks in the appropriate boxes opposite the name of cookies, as well as by clicking the buttons below, they can carry out individual setting of cookies as follows:

“Accept all” – accept all cookies

“Save&close” – accept selected cookies

“Decline all” – refuse all cookies

IMPORTANT: The pop-up modal window of cookie settings does not contain an option to refuse the use of “Strictly necessary (technical)” cookies. This is done for the convenience of Users/Buyers of Goods, to avoid accidental disabling of cookies, without which the Site cannot function properly. 

In the case when the pop-up modal window shows the User/Buyer of Goods information only about strictly necessary (technical) cookies, it means that at the moment when the User/Buyer of Goods is on the Site no other types of cookies are used by the Site.

!!! If the User/Buyer of Goods does not wish to accept strictly necessary cookies, this choice is certainly their right.  In this case, the User/Buyer of Goods should independently disable the operation of cookies on the device from which the entry to the Site is made, change the browser settings and delete cookies already previously downloaded to the device.

Please note that disabling Strictly necessary (technical) cookies may result in:

  • inability to access parts of the Site that require authorization
  • services of the Site not working properly
  • part of the functionality of the Site, including basic functionality, not being available.
  1. The User/Buyer of Goods by clicking the “Read more” button can access this Cookie Policy in our Privacy policy to familiarize and express his/her Consent with its terms.
  2. The actions of the User/Buyer of Goods, expressed by clicking the buttons “Accept all” (when accepting all cookies) and/or “Save&close” (when accepting only selected cookies) are considered by the Controller as an explicit and clearly expressed informed consent of the User/Buyer of Goods to the use of cookie technology in relation to him/her in accordance with the purposes and conditions set out in this Policy.
  3. The “ABOUT COOKIES” section displays the confirmation of the User/Buyer of Goods’ Consent to the use of cookies – “Cookies Consent Identifier”.
  4. At any time, the types and number of cookies applied by the Site are subject to change. This depends on the number of services applied by the Controller for the convenience of the User/Buyer of Goods, increasing their comfort level, the level of security of the Site and similar.

The User/Buyer of Goods is recommended to visit the Cookie Management Service at convenient intervals and, if desired, to change his/her Consent by specifying other settings.

For the convenience of the User/Buyer of Goods, in the footer of the Site there is a “Setting Cookies” button. Using this button, the Buyer/User of Goods can enter the settings at any time and make any desired changes in the previously issued consent.
